Session Information and Instructions:
Length:
Sessions typically last 45 to 50 minutes. However, they can be shorter, depending on individual needs and sensitivities, or lengthened for an additional fee.
Number and Frequency:
People vary as to the number and frequency of sessions they choose to have. The medical office that provides your hyperbaric therapy will prescribe the number of sessions for you to have.
When seeking help with a medical condition, or optimal health, a frequency of 3 or 4 times per week or more is beneficial to maintain high oxygen levels on a consistent basis throughout the course of treatment. However, just one session a week, or on occasion, is very beneficial for stress reduction.
